Hotline and Web submission report

All stakeholders with a business relationship with ABB are able to make a report by telephoning the ABB stakeholder hotline or submitting a Web report. See details at the bottom of this Web page.

When making your report we ask you to provide as much detailed information as possible identifying dates, persons involved, countries involved etc. so that the ABB Group compliance office can investigate your report fairly and thoroughly.

When making your report, ABB asks you to provide your contact information so that we can communicate with you directly if we require further information and assistance from you.

For legal reasons, this reporting option is not currently available for use from the following countries or by anyone in relation to any person residing in the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain. Click on the following link to refer to the legal requirements that apply to reports made from Sweden.

ABB provides other stakeholders, two ways in which to make a report. (Please read the web page first about information to provide in your report).You can make a report by either:

Telephone the ABB stakeholder hotline
on + 41 43 317 33 67 (international call rates apply). This service is provided by an independent third party and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reports can only be made in English. At the end of your report you will be given a report identification number and PIN so that you can follow the progress of your report.

Make a Web submission report
Click on the following link to submit a Web report. Once the report is received by the ABB Group compliance office, you will receive an e-mail response to confirm receipt.
